As an industry, we face a major challenge in terms of finding new and more effective ways to communicate and exchange information with our customers. There are new business solutions available that offer a variety of options and opportunities to communicate with customers in such area as outage notification/restoration, enhanced energy efficiency and new product offerings. Finding the right approach that will best fit within your organization can be a daunting task, but one that is well worth the effort.

To help sort through some of those issues and identify alternative system strategies to improve customer-utility engagement, Southern California Edison (SCE) and the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) invite you to attend this two-day informative, peer-to-peer workshop to discuss best practices and share new ideas on an array of customer issues that emerge from smart technology deployments.
