As is customary, there is no registration fee for retirees.

Payment Method:  Online registration is currently accepting payments by credit card. If you are paying by check, please mail the check along with the registration form to EEI by October 25, 2013.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received on or before FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2013, will be refunded in full. PLEASE NOTE:  NO REFUNDS will be given after October 25, 2013, to cover the cost of unfilled function guarantees.  Substitutes are welcome. Telephone cancellations will be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing.

The Hilton Scottsdale Resort has opened the EEI/AGA room block for the nights of November 9-13, 2013.  Reservations will be accepted until Friday, October 18, 2013.  Note:  Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis at the group rate. Hotel Cancellation Policy:  Our group has a 48-hour cancellation policy prior to date of arrival.  Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

PRESENTATIONS AND HANDOUTS  
In an effort to be environmentally friendly as possible, we have cut back on the amount of handouts being offered at our conference.  Agenda and  presentations will be made available prior to the conference on the EEI Taxation Committee Meeting web site.  ALL HANDOUTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE BEFORE AND AFTER THE CONFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO NEED A HARD COPY TO PRINT OFF BEFOREHAND OR AFTER THE CONFERENCE.

Join your fellow members, spouses, and guests at the Reception. The reception is always well-attended and provides an excellent opportunity to connect and network with fellow conference participants and a great opportunity for new members to meet with colleagues in a relaxed environment.

Monday Spouses Trip:  Self-funded Desert Botanical Gardens and Glass Tour

This is a self-funded tour for spouses/guests. Take Charge Events is pleased to offer spouses and guests a tour of the botanical gardens at the rate of $85 per person w/lunch (on your own) .

If you are interested, please fill out the attached tour form and return it by fax to iybadlit@eei.org no later than Friday, October 25th.

Please Note: The Registration Fee for spouse/guest covers the reception, group dinner & transportation, breakfasts, and access to the hospitality suite.

TRANSPORTATION INFO
From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: Travel time to and from the airport and hotel is 20 minutes. Cab fare is approximately $38 one way.  SuperShuttle is available at the airport 24 hours 7 days a week. SuperShuttle fare is approximately $18 each way.  Reservations are not required but if you prefer to make a reservation in advance, you may either book online or by calling 800-BLUE-VAN (258-3826).

CPE INFO:  Recommended CPE credits:  15 Hours; CPE certificates will be distributed at the end of the meeting.

MEMBER PROBLEMS FORM:  Please send the form to Mark Agnew at magnew@eei.org before October 30, 2013.  All member problems submitted will be summarized and provided to the committee prior to the meeting to facilitate a robust discussion.

IMPORTANT TAX INFO
For federal income tax purposes, $564.00 of your registration fee is allocated to meals and entertainment.  This information is being provided to you to comply with the tax reform law requirements.
