Important: Sponsorships are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact person will be notified upon sponsorship confirmation. Incumbent sponsors have first rights to previous workshop sponsorship. Upon final confirmation of sponsorship from EEI staff, the sponsorship is no longer refundable.
Written requests for cancellations/refunds send to email@example.com, EEI must receive before February 28, 2014, will be honored. Cancellations after February 28, 2014 - less a $100 processing fee. After March 5, 2014 no cancellations or refunds will be honored. Substitutes are welcome - no exceptions.

Code of Conduct
Hospitality/social functions (on and off-site) are strictly prohibited from conflicting with the timing of official Workshop activities listed in the 'Schedule of Events.' Aggressive sales techniques are to be avoided while attending the Workshop. Signage and flyers may not be displayed in meeting or guest room areas of the Workshop hotel. Each individual must register for the Workshop. Badge sharing is strictly prohibited.
