A $100.00 fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before September 30, 2009. One-half of the registration fee is refundable for cancellations received at EEI from October 1 to October 9. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 9, 2009. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to EEI at: (1) the above address; (2) at the above fax number; (3) or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Substitutions are welcome at any time. There are no exceptions to this policy.
