AGA Meeting Registration
Early Bird Cut-Off Date: Friday, January 1, 2010. After this date, AGA member and non-member registration fees will increase by $200.
Changes, Cancelation & Refund Policy
Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and sent to AGA at the above address/fax number. Cancellations must be received in writing by March 26, 2010 to qualify for a full refund less a $75.00 processing charge. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER March 26, 2010, however, substitutions are permitted. Fax information to Kathleen Richter at (202) 824-7086.
Hotel Reservations
To cancel or change any hotel accommodations, please contact the Hilton Milwaukee City Center at (414) 271-7250 or via Hilton Personalized Online Group Webpage. Room deposits are refundable up to 48 hours or more prior to arrival date, after which there will be no refunds.
