  • The Roundtable Discussion allows a representative from each company the opportunity to highlight significant bargaining developments, status of negotiations and other labor-management news that might interest those in attendance. Please complete and return a Roundtable Discussion form for your Company (see Meeting Documents area). This information will be made available to all participants and you will have an opportunity to discuss the significant issues for your company during your Roundtable presentation.   • All cancellations must be made in writing (no phone calls) to Stacey Pierce via email. The date used to determine refunds will be the date the email is received. Cancellations made on or before May 31,2013 will be fully refundable. A $200 administrative fee will be applied to cancellations made on or after June 1,2013. No-shows are responsible for the full conference registration fee. Refunds will be processed and sent after the conference. Substitutions requests may be sent via email to Stacey Pierce.
