When making room reservations reference the American Gas

Association AGA/EEI Technology Advisory Council Meeting to ensure you receive the group rate of $290.00 single/double.

Hotel cutoff date is September 28, 2007, after which room requests will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only.

Changes, Canellation & Refund Policy

Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and sent to AGA at the above address/fax number no later than October 9, 2007 to qualify for a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED after October 9, 2007; however, substitutions are permitted. Fax information to AGA Meeting Services at 202-824-7086.

Hotel Reservations: To cancel or change any hotel accommodations, please contact the Hyatt Regency Chicago at 312-565-1234.

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty prior to 72 hours of arrival.
If cancellation is after 72 hours of arrival, individual will be charged one night room/tax.
