Resources

  • SMD NOPR Internet Workroom

EEI is collaborating with member companies to draft industry comments on FERC's SMD rulemaking. A special web site (the SMD NOPR Internet Workroom) has been set up to facilitate this process.
  • Transmission Projects Fact Sheets

Describes key transmission projects currently in development, which will not be included in utility rate base. Includes important project information, maps, developments, available project Web sites, etc.
  • RSC Backgrounder

Tracks and provides an overview of the existing and upcoming Regional State Committees (RSCs) actively advocated by FERC and rapidly gaining momentum in conjunction with the formation of RTOs. This newsletter outlines the organizational structure of the RSCs, encapsulates the key issues addressed by the states and highlights the upcoming deadlines. Members may request e-mail notification of updates to the RSC Backgrounder by sending an e-mail to jmastin@eei.org.
  • Wholesale Markets Guide EEI Members Only

  • Transmission Committee EEI Members Only
