Categories | Selection and Judging | Recipients The National Key Accounts Outstanding Customer Service Awards were established by the Customer Advisory Group (CAG), a group of 25 national chain customers that provide feedback, guidance, and support to EEI's National Key Accounts program. Through these awards, the CAG recognizes both individuals and EEI member companies that have provided superior service to multi-site customers.
Award recipients are chosen by commercial customers in a nationwide open ballot. Winners of the National Key Accounts Outstanding Customer Service Awards are recognized at EEI’s spring National Key Accounts Workshop.
The nation’s leading chain and multi-site businesses named the winners of EEI's 2009 National Key Accounts Customer Service Awards program on November 2, 2009. Ten electric utility companies and four utility representatives were recognized for their outstanding service in the areas that the chains believe to be critical—Communication During Emergencies, Energy Efficiency Programs, and Overall Excellence.
