Awards for Outstanding National Key Accounts Customer Service
The Awards for Outstanding National Key Accounts Customer Service were established by the Customer Advisory Group (CAG), a group of 25 national chain customers that provide feedback, guidance, and support to EEI's National Key Accounts program.

Through these awards, the CAG recognizes both individuals and EEI member companies that have provided superior service to multi-site customers.

The Award Categories are:

  • National Key Accounts Executive Award for Outstanding Customer Service
    This award recognizes National Key Accounts executives who provide multi-site organizations with customer service and assistance that goes above and beyond expectations.
  • National Key Accounts Company Award for Outstanding Customer Service 
    This award is presented to regulated utility companies that have developed and/or maintained exceptional National Key Accounts programs based on quality customer service.

Selection and Judging

Award recipients are chosen by commercial customers in a nationwide open ballot. Winners of the National Key Accounts Outstanding Customer Service Awards are recognized at EEI’s spring National Key Accounts Workshop.
